Your tour will be led by our Events Director, Kathy Cuaderno, or a member of our experienced events team. We believe every event is unique, and your tour will be tailored to your specific vision and needs.

Tours typically last 45-60 minutes, giving you ample time to explore every corner of our venue and discuss your plans in detail.
Can’t visit in person right away? We offer virtual tours via video call for out-of-state clients or those with scheduling constraints. While nothing replaces an in-person visit, our virtual tours provide an excellent introduction to Cranford Hollow.

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring anyone who will be part of your planning process. We can accommodate groups up to 6 people per tour.
We’re happy to accommodate your schedule and can arrange tours on weekends or evenings. We can also provide virtual tour options if needed.
Tours are completely complimentary with no obligation to book.
While we respect the privacy of our clients’ events, we can often show you the venue during setup on event days. Ask about this option when scheduling.
After your tour, we’ll provide you with detailed pricing information, available dates, and answer any follow-up questions. There’s never any pressure to make an immediate decision.
We recommend touring 12-18 months before your desired event date for weddings, and 6-12 months for corporate and social events. However, we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines based on availability.
